Join the voice faculty and students of Willamette University on Feb. 12, 2026 at noon for a celebration of Black History Month in song.
We will be bringing you music from Pan-African composers of many eras, from the 18th century to today. The concert is free, open to the public, and will take place in Rogers Hall at the beautiful Mary Stuart Rogers music Center on the campus of Willamette University. Featured composers include Joseph Bologne, Margaret Bonds, Florence Price, William Grant Still, and more.
Emma Cowell will be performing “Ernestine, que vas-tu faire? … O Clemangis” from Ernestine (1774) by Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges.
