Cantores presents some of Josquin's most celebrated works—the monumental Missa Pange lingua, the stunning Preater rerum, and a selection of intimate secular chansons. Dr. Kerry McCarthy will intersperse insightful commentary throughout the program to illuminate the genius of Josquin’s music. A reception with wine and hors d'oeuvres will follow the concert.

This June, Cantores in Ecclesia travels to Krakow, Budapest and Prague for a tour of concerts and liturgical music. Highlights include performances at St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague and Holy Trinity Church in Krakow. Repertoire includes Zoltán Kodály’s Missa brevis and Gabriel Rheinberger’s Cantus Missae in E flat, Op. 109, as well as music by Byrd, Palestrina, Bairstow, Cecilia McDowall, and more.
